Fri, 12 May 2006 Author Kendall Bell is an award-winning journalist who is currently the city editor of a daily newspaper in Sumter, South Carolina. Ken published his first book, From the Heart: Stories of Love and Friendship in 2003 in response to 9/11. He felt that after such a great tragedy, people needed to hear stories of hope. He e-mailed several friends asking for their personal stories of love and friendship. This e-mail was passed around the globe and Ken received over 2,000 stories.
